Terms and Conditions
By submitting a manuscript to the Journal, the author(s) confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following conditions.
1Originality and Exclusive Submission
The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under review, consideration, or accepted for publication by any other journal, publisher, conference proceeding, or platform. Duplicate, redundant, or simultaneous submissions are strictly prohibited.
2Authorship
All listed authors must have made a substantial scholarly contribution to the work and approved the final version of the manuscript. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors consent to submission and publication.
3Research Integrity
Authors are responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and integrity of the data, analyses, interpretations, and conclusions presented in the manuscript. Fabrication, falsification, manipulation, or misrepresentation of data is strictly prohibited.
4Plagiarism and Academic Misconduct
The manuscript must be free from plagiarism, self-plagiarism, citation manipulation, and any form of academic misconduct. The Journal reserves the right to screen submissions using plagiarism-detection software and reject manuscripts that violate ethical standards.
5Ethical Compliance
Research involving human participants, animals, personal data, or sensitive materials must comply with applicable ethical standards and, where required, have received approval from the appropriate ethics committee or institutional review board.
6Citations, Permissions, and Copyright
Authors must properly acknowledge all sources used in the manuscript and obtain any necessary permissions for copyrighted material, including figures, tables, images, and extensive quotations. Authors are solely responsible for any copyright infringement.
7Conflict of Interest and Funding Disclosure
All financial, institutional, professional, or personal relationships that may influence the research or its interpretation must be disclosed. Sources of funding and their role in the research must also be clearly stated.
8Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Any use of AI-assisted technologies in the preparation of the manuscript must be transparently disclosed. AI tools cannot be listed as authors, and authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of all submitted content.
9Peer Review and Editorial Decisions
All manuscripts are subject to editorial screening and peer review. The Editor reserves the right to reject, request revisions, or accept submissions based on scholarly merit, relevance, originality, and compliance with the Journal's policies. Editorial decisions shall be final.
10Revisions and Corrections
Authors must respond to editorial and reviewer comments within the prescribed timeframe and cooperate in making necessary revisions. Authors are obligated to promptly notify the Journal of any significant error or inaccuracy discovered before or after publication.
11Copyright and Publication Rights
Upon acceptance, authors shall comply with the Journal's copyright, licensing, and publication requirements. Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee publication.
12Retraction, Withdrawal, and Editorial Action
The Journal reserves the right to reject, withdraw, correct, issue an expression of concern, or retract any manuscript or published article found to contain ethical violations, misleading information, plagiarism, copyright infringement, authorship disputes, undisclosed conflicts of interest, or other breaches of publication ethics.
13Author Declaration
Submission of a manuscript constitutes confirmation that all authors have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and that the manuscript complies with the Journal's ethical and publication standards.
Submitting a manuscript confirms the authors' acceptance of all terms, ethical responsibilities, and publication requirements stated above.
